When 225 Painting and Pressure Washing completes your painting project we will come back every 12 months for two consecutive years and pressure wash your entire home for free. This is absolutely no cost whatsoever to you, all labor and material will be furnished by us. We will wash your home and make it look beautiful. This program benefits you in two ways, first by keeping your home looking great and secondly by annually washing it will extend the life of the overall paint. For the first two years of the five year no obligation program you will pay nothing for material and labor, for the remaining three years we will ask you to absorb the cost of the cleaning solutions only, which will cost you only $150.00 and there is absolutely no charge for labor. We want to continue a relationship with all of our customers as we have done for over 30 years in the Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. (The average house washing cost between $350.00 and $500.00 depending on the size of the home and degree of work needed to complete the project.)
